Jean de La Fontaine: Bajky
(Statni Nakladatelstvi Krasne Literatury, Hudby a UmeniStátni Nakladatelství krásné literatury a umění, 1959)
This book represents a serious undertaking. It is a nicely bound, sturdy, large book, complete with a place-marking ribbon. It covers apparently the whole corpus of La Fontaine's fables. The large, bold black-and-white ...
Fables de J. de la Fontaine: Edition Miniature
(Fonderie Laurent et DebernyFonderie Typographique, 1850)
This must be the smallest full edition of La Fontaine's fables that I have. It measures a little under 2 x 3. At that size, it takes 250 pages and a magnifying glass to cover the fables and a two-page T of C at the end.

Fables Choisies Mises en Vers par J. de la Fontaine: Nouvelle Edition Gravée en taille-douce, Vol. I
(Chez des Lauriers, Md. De Papiers, 1765)
This set of six volumes is one of the treasures of this collection! Apparently one of the causes of the publication was an urge to outdo Oudry's sumptuous edition of 1755-59. Many would say that Fessard succeeded. Metzner ...
Fables Choisies Mises en Vers par J. de la Fontaine: Nouvelle Edition Gravée en taille-douce, Vol. III
(Chez des Lauriers, Md. De Papiers, 1768)
