Standardizing an Organizational Approach to CARF Survey Preparation is a design-based research project that synthesizes the existing knowledge of four interdisciplinary communities of practice to create an effective and efficient program that is process-driven rather than person-dependent. As a quality improvement project, its final product consists of instruments that facilitate ongoing readiness for accreditation preparation and serve as the basis for better practices in the organization under study.en_US
